“I am so blessed to be a part of FUNdamental Pediatric Therapy! I have co-workers who consistently build each other up and share ideas and a boss who encourages and supports us daily!
You won’t find another leader who always keeps her door open for us when we need her, who treats alongside us and offers clinical advice daily, and who truly CARES about her whole team. Everyone is like family and I could not imagine not being a part of this team.”
-Lindsay Carpenter, OT
We're set up in a small town and a rural community which is where I grew up and where my heart is. I love small towns and the businesses that help to build and grow them.
-Faith, SLP
I absolutely love the tight knit, fun, family feel of working at FUNdamental. Everyone is always willing to help, provide resources, give advice, or simply listen.
-Alexis, SLP
My favorite thing about working at FUNdamental is how welcoming everyone is. They made me feel SO comfortable as the new girls starting a new job and everyone is always willing to help me and answer any questions I have.
-Becca, OTA
I have been with FUNdamental Pediatric Therapy as the office manager for a little over a year now and can honestly say it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. It's a place you can be yourself and feel valued as an employee no matter what position you are in. It's a place that you actually enjoy coming to work every day. I handle patients and their parents from the beginning of their time at FUNdamental to the end of their time. It's so rewarding to see all of the hard work our team puts into these kids day in and day out to help them grow. You won't find a better team that loves your kids the way we do. I am also so blessed to have found a place that understands the importance of work-life balance. It really helps having our Fridays off to utilize for family time, important appts., ect. It's seriously the best place to work and when you do, you become part of a family that truly does appreciate you and love you!
-Kimbre Jones, Office Manager
I love how everyone at FUNdamental acts as a team! It’s not an every man for themselves environment. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand!
-Madison, OTA
